Emraan Hashmi is the latest to go six-pack way

New Delhi, (BollywoodWorld.com) Emraan Hashmi is all set to change his serial kisser image with his upcoming film “Once Upon A Time In Mumbai” – he will flaunt six-pack abs and will be seen challenging an underworld don.

Director Milan Luthria says that he purposely wanted to give Emraan this look.
“Emraan has always been the underdog and his character is that of a rebel, a dark horse. I wanted to break his serial kisser image and add shock value to the film,” Luthria told IANS.

If kissing is a way to remember me, so be it – Emraan Hashmi (Interview)

Poor Emraan Hashmi! There seems to be no getting away from the “serial kisser” tag despite his many protestations and he’s back to locking lips in his forthcoming film “The Dirty Picture”.
If people wish to remember him for his on-screen kisses, so be it, says the somewhat exasperated actor who has for long been looking for an image change.

The 32-year-old actor came to be known as Hindi cinema’s serial kisser after numerous lip locks in films like “Murder”, “Zeher”, “Aashiq Banaya Apne”, “Gangster” and “Jannat”.

Murder 2 – Film Review

ilm: “Murder 2″
Starring: Emraan Hashmi, Prashant Narayanan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Sulagna Panigrahi
Rating: 3star
Director: Mohit Suri
The sequel to “Murder” is nothing like the first part of the frenetic franchise. And Jacqueline Fernandez who has been built up in “Murder 2″ as the next Mallika Sherawat is nothing like the overrated Mallika….Thank God for that! Fernandez exudes an unbridled sunniness even when pouting in the bare minimum. Alas, she doesn’t have much to do in “Murder 2″ except swathe the dark drama in a spot of sunshine.

God knows this film about the devil-unleashed, surprisingly written by a woman (Shagufta Rafique) needs that little of sunshine. It is a desperately dark film. The characters are wretchedly unhappy. No matter which side of the moral line they are positioned they are standing screaming into the abyss that is suburban life. These people need serious help.

Vidya Balan’s ‘The Dirty Picture’ Movie Stills & Preview

Imagine a make-up girl who became an extra and then the most wanted heroine of the early 80s.
Chronicling the meteoric rise and steep fall of the erstwhile screen sensation, The Dirty Picture is set against the colorful and entertaining backdrop of the fierce male-dominated South-Indian film industry of the 80s.
The quintessential siren, Silk, knew her audiences, and it didn’t seem like anything would stop the ambitious starlet, till it did, in the form of unrequited love.

To the world, she was the queen of sensuality. But at heart, she was just another woman yearning for love in a ruthless world.
